UVI Information & Technology Services would like to let the UVI community know that all students can access email using their mobile device, iPhone, iPad, or tablet. Students can also access email using the Outlook desktop, Windows Mail, or Apple Mail applications on any laptop. If you have files stored in Microsoft OneDrive, you can access those files using the OneDrive applications available in the Apple, Android, or Windows app stores. If instructions on setting these up are needed please contact the ITS helpdesk at 693-1466 or email email@example.com. At the present time students cannot login to Office365 using the myCampus.uvi.edu web portal. Technicians are working to restore that service as soon as possible. Thank you
The ITS helpdesk provides technical support to students, faculty and staff. The ITS helpdesk can be contacted by phone at 693-1466 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Requests for technical assistance are logged into our helpdesk call ticketing system which can be accessed at http://helpdesk.uvi.edu. Staff and Faculty have access to the helpdesk call ticketing system and can track the status of their technical requests by clicking on login. The username and password are the same as your domain login.
The helpdesk is physically located at the service desks of the St. Croix Library and the Ralph M. Paiewonsky Library in St. Thomas.
The regular helpdesk hours of operations are as follows:
Monday–Thursday 8am - 10pm
Friday - 8am - 8pm
Saturday - 10am - 5pm
Sunday - 1pm - 8pm
