Success of UVI’s ‘50 for 50’ Campaign Continues to Receive National Recognition

The historic success of UVI’s “50 for 50” Campaign during the University's 2012 Golden Jubilee year continues to be recognized nationally. The June edition of the magazine ""Business Officer,"" published by the National Association of College and University Business Officers, features a submission by UVI President Dr. David Hall.

The article includes a description of the efforts that led to an increase in the number of UVI alumni who financially support the university from 13 percent to 42 percent in one year. This effort was featured earlier in Dr. Hall’s ""The Virgin Islands Miracle"" article, which was carried by the Huffington Post, the HBCU Digest, the Tom Joyner Foundation website and HBCU Connect.
