UVI–CES to Offer Youth Classes in Nutrition and Healthy Cooking

The 4-H/Family and Consumer Sciences Program of the UVI Cooperative Extension Service (CES) is offering six-week classes for young people ages 12 to 15 in nutrition and healthy cooking. Youth will have fun learning about good nutrition and healthy cooking. Classes will be held from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Mondays through Fridays, beginning Monday, July 7, and ending on Friday, July 18. They will be offered in the New House building on the Upper Campus on St. Thomas. The registration fee is $25.
