UVI President’s State of the University Address Set for Aug. 22

UVI President Dr. David Hall will deliver the President’s State of the University Address, which was formerly known as his annual convocation address, on Friday, Aug. 22, at 9 a.m. Dr. Hall will discuss his vision and plans for the upcoming Fall semester and the new fiscal year. During the first half of the address, President Hall will deliver his remarks. The latter portion will be dedicated to addressing any questions or concerns posed by those in the audience. Dr. Hall will address the University from Evans Center Room 401 on the Albert A. Sheen Campus on St. Croix.

The President’s State of the University Address will also be available via videoconference in the following locations:

  • St. Thomas:     Administration and Conference Center Building (ACC 142, 146); Chase Auditorium (B-110)
  • St. Croix:         Research and Technology Park Room 129 (RTPark Building) - UPDATED LOCATION
  • St. John:          St. John Academic Center (STJAC 101)
