About
Founded in 1962, UVI is a public, co-ed, land-grant HBCU in the United States Virgin Islands.
At the University of the Virgin Islands, we understand the importance of having access to state-of-the-art computer labs to help students achieve their academic goals. That's why we offer several computer labs across our campuses, equipped with top-of-the-line technology. During the summer of 2022, we upgraded our computer lab workstations to the new Dell OptiPlex 7090s. And now, we're excited to announce that new iMacs are available for student use in the library on each campus, starting in the Spring of 2023.
Our computer labs provide a dedicated physical learning and study space for students to conduct research, complete coursework, and prepare presentations. We pride ourselves in offering modern and comfortable rooms to enhance your academic experience. Check out the following computer labs available at each of our campuses:

Printing
PaperCut is the student print service in the computer labs on each campus, which allows you to manage your account via a webpage showing your print quota ($40 for students) usage and environmental impact. Black and white printing/copying remains $.10 while color is $.50.
