The University of the Virgin Islands Center for Excellence in Leadership and Learning (UVICELL) through Coral Wings Aviation invites high schoolers from grades nine through 12 to become versed in the field of aviation through its programs that will allow them to gain a certificate in the private pilot, aerial drone vehicle and other capability.
