UVI’s annual fundraising event, Afternoon on the Green, takes place on Sunday, March 17 (St. Patrick’s Day) from 12 to 5 p.m. and all are invited to join in on the fun that raises money for the Edward Thomas Volunteer Scholarship Fund.
Partygoers will enjoy “A Fusion of Flavors to Savor and Explore at Afternoon on the Green 2024”, along with live entertainment, a hat parade, best dressed competition, family-friendly activities and much more. For the island’s talented cooks, the event is the perfect opportunity to show off their cooking skills and donate their best dishes. Volunteers are also welcome – all in support of raising scholarships for local students.
