The 2026 theme for the upcoming fair is “Agriculture and Technology: An Ideal Mix in 2026”. Applications are now being accepted for the 2025 Crop Farmer of the Year competition. To qualify for this year’s competition, the farm must be 2.5 acres or less. Registration deadline is Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025.
The first judging will be in December.
The Crop Farmer of the Year is determined by the total points accumulated from a panel of judges, and judging is based on a set of criteria.
