The University of the Virgin Islands (UVI) is pleased to launch its inaugural UVI Deans’ Registration Day/Week 2025, an initiative led by the Office of the Provost to promote and support early course registration for the Spring 2026 semester.
Students are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to secure their courses early and receive academic guidance to stay on track for timely degree completion — an important step toward continued academic progress and graduation.
From November 4–7, between 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., designated registration support spaces will be available on both campuses. Academic deans, advisors, and ACES staff will be on site to assist students with academic planning, course selection, and the registration process.
“We are excited to launch this collaborative initiative to better support our students
as they prepare for the Spring semester,” said Dr. Lora L. Bailey, Provost and Vice
President for Academic Affairs. Early registration is essential for ensuring timely
degree completion and enhancing academic planning across the institution. We are grateful
to our deans, faculty, advisors, and student support teams for their partnership.”
