The University of the Virgin Islands will hold the Dean’s List reception and Academic Achievement Awards for students who excelled in the spring and fall semesters of 2024. The reception and awards ceremony will be held on April 6, in the Elridge E. Blake Sports and Fitness Center on the Orville E. Kean Campus and on April 13, in the Great Hall on the Albert A. Sheen Campus, respectively. The reception kicks off at 1 p.m. and the ceremony follows at 2 p.m.
At UVI, superior student achievement is recognized in many ways during each academic year. The Dean’s list recognizes full-time undergraduate students carrying 12 or more degree credits. who have earned a grade point average of 3.2 or higher for the semester, with no lower than a C, and not taking any remedial courses.
An invitation is extended to the University community, and family and friends are invited to attend.
