The University of the Virgin Islands' Virgin Islands University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (VIUCEDD) invites members of the community to participate in "The Art of Living: Sustainable Practices for Daily Living," an engaging virtual wellness seminar designed to promote emotional well-being, resilience, and balance in everyday life.

The seminar will be held on Monday, July 20, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. via Zoom and is the third installment of VIUCEDD's Virtual Mindful Living Series, which focuses on Mind • Body • Wellness.

Facilitated by Nisha deJean Charles, LCSW, ACSW, founder of Buouyant Living Psychotherapy, the session will introduce participants to mindfulness practices, stress-reduction techniques, and practical strategies to support emotional wellness and healthy daily living. Attendees will gain valuable tools to help build resilience, reduce stress, and cultivate greater balance in their personal and professional lives.

The seminar is open to students, faculty, staff, professionals, caregivers, and community members interested in enhancing their overall well-being.
