The Communications, Technology, and Distance Education unit assists in bridging the
digital divide in the territory. We offer courses and workshops focused on enhancing
farmers' digital skills, but they are open to anyone in the community seeking to improve
their digital competency. Our programs include basic, intermediate and advanced technology
