We are honored to welcome Pablos to the Virgin Islands and our dynamic learning community.”

“Our mission at 13D is to empower people to see beyond the present, question assumptions, and anticipate what’s next,” said Tamra James, General Manager of USVI Operations & Senior Research Analyst. “Pablos Holman embodies this approach—his work is a testament to the power of bold thinking and disruptive innovation. We are thrilled to support UVI in fostering this kind of visionary leadership, inspiring students and the community to think critically about the future and their role in shaping it.”
