Purpose:
The Emerging Caribbean Scientists (ECS) Program Steering Committee is responsible
for organizing support activities, managing and coordinating programs, assessment
and evaluation, data collection, reporting to federal agencies and donors, arranging
advisory meetings and presentations, reviewing student applications, creating policies
