The 2025–2026 RCA Sessions season kicked off with Lorna Freeman, the celebrated Songstress of the Virgin Islands, in a genre-spanning performance backed by the Superior Court Rising Stars Youth Steel Orchestra and guest musicians. From R&B to Broadway to country, this show blended powerful
vocals with the vibrant energy of steel pan.
The RCA Sessions series challenges artists to push creative boundaries—and this unique
collaboration delivered an unforgettable night of music and storytelling.

Happy New Year Everyone! Our next installation of RCA Sessions on the Floor featured the talents of the Awesome Jam Band, Lioness, Mic Love, and The Eljhaie Brathwaite Project!!! These artists cooked up something unique that we could not wait to experience.
With the talents of Dionne Donadelle, Luben Daniel, and Anthony Nibbs at the helm, we knew that it was going to be an evening to remember. January 31st
was an AMAZING night!

UVI President Dr. Safiya George and the Reichhold Center for the Arts hosted a special presentation of Sessions on
the Floor at the Elridge W. Blake Sports & Fitness Center on November 2nd as part
of UVI's Homecoming Week! Featured Artists: Jamal "Broc Lee" Williams, La Voix, Lourdes, Sherwin Williams, and Louis Taylor.
Soft Launch: RCA Sessions on the Floor
The Reichhold Center launched its first production in the Elridge W. Blake Sports
and Fitness Center featuring the fresh and multifaceted talents of La Voix.
About La Voix
La Voix, French for "The Voice," started back in 2021 as a dynamic duo with the talented
vocals of Rubina Wade accompanied by Samuel N. Williams on keyboard. Since then, the
duo expanded to a full band featuring Marvin Shelford on drums, Uriel M.J. Rogers
on bass, with an additional vocalist, Enoch S. Noel. La Voix's repertoire is wide
ranging to include R&B, Reggae, Pop, Funk and more. They have been rocking the Virgin
Islands with awesome live performances, bringing joy to a multitude of events and
venues. Their music has a fresh and elegant vibe that resonates with audiences of
all kinds.

RCA Sessions was established as an incubator project to provide a space for local
artists to explore their creativity, develop and present works that exemplify the
art form.
