Facilities Rental - St. Thomas Campus

Welcome to the University of the Virgin Islands Facilities and Reservations webpage for the Orville E. Kean Campus ( St. Thomas). This page is designed to facilitate and expedite your room reservation request needs.  The following locations are available for rent:

• LaVerne E. Ragster Administration & Conference Center
  • 1st Floor Conference Room 
    • The LaVerne E. Ragster Administration and Conference Center is available for the following uses:
      • Small Conferences/Seminars
      • Meetings
      • Trainings/Workshops
      • Presentations
      • Other approved business related activities
• John Brewers Bay Beach & Restroom Facility
• Chase Auditorium (in the School Business Building)
• B-101 (in the School of Business Building)
• T-101 (in the School of Education Building)
• T-103 (in the School of Education Building)
• T-213 (in the School of Education Building)

Facility Rental Forms

The facility rental forms are fillable and printable for your use. Completed forms should be e-mailed to roomrequeststt@live.uvi.edu.

• External Facility Rental Form - Government, Non-Profit, Private, Other
• Internal Facility Rental Form - UVI Departments Only
• John Brewers Bay Beach Rental Form 

Most of our facilities are available from 8 am to 8 pm weekdays and weekends based on availability.

UVI faculty and staff requesting the ACC 1st floor conference room should email their request(s) to roomrequeststt@live.uvi.edu.  Request  MUST be submitted two (2) weeks prior to the event. All remaining room requests must be completed online via the myCampus portal. Simply click on the EMS icon located in the launchpad section. Enter your network credentials and enter and submit your reservation request. Confirmation is based on availability and capacity.
