UVI Community Asked to Wear Purple & Take Aerial Photo on Oct. 7 in Support of Domestic Violence

Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to wear purple on Wednesday, Oct. 7, as a symbol to express that ending domestic violence is important to them. Also on Wednesday, the UVI Community is invited to stand together to form the shape of a ribbon at 4 p.m. on the UVI golf course, near the Recreation Center. Approximately 30 individuals are needed. “We cannot achieve this goal without your support,” said Dahlia Stridiron, director of Counseling Services. For additional information, please call Stridiron at (340) 693-1136.
