February 05, 2019 - Beginning with the 2019-2020 academic year, students who have graduated from secondary school in the U.S. Virgin Islands will have one less concern about their college careers: tuition payments. Agrifest 2019 Set for Feb. 16-18: “VI Agriculture: Still Growing in 2019”

February 01, 2019 - The public is invited to attend the 48th Annual Agriculture and Food Fair of the Virgin Islands from Feb. 16-18 at the Rudolph Shulterbrandt Agricultural Complex, Estate Lower Love on St. Croix. The theme is “VI Agriculture: Still Growing in 2019!” The entrance fee is $6 for adults, $4 for children, and $5 for senior citizens. UVI Board Approves Free Tuition Policies & Procedures

January 23, 2019 - In a special session on Jan. 23, the University of the Virgin Islands Board of Trustees approved policies and procedures to aide with the implementation of Act No. 8155, the Virgin Islands Higher Education Scholarship Program, which requires that financial aid be granted to residents of the Virgin Islands for post-secondary education at UVI. The Board voted unanimously to approve the policies and procedures, with several amendments. Read More

UVI’s Spring Semester Begins Jan. 14; New Student Orientation Set for Jan. 8 – 11

January 03, 2019 - Spring semester classes at the University of the Virgin Islands are scheduled to begin on Monday, Jan. 14. Online registration for continuing UVI students is available, with access through the University’s BanWeb registration and mycampus portal.
