The University of the Virgin Islands Board of Trustees will meet at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 6, via Zoom.
Media instructions for participation will be shared via email. Once connected to the meeting, members of the media are required to mute their devices and turn off their cameras for the duration of the meeting. Members of the media are asked not to ask questions during the meeting. The meeting will begin with regular session agenda items. UVI President Dr. David Hall will present the President’s Report. He will be followed by Board Chairman Henry Smock with the Chairman’s Comments. Then the Board will consider other agenda items.
The Board will take action on the ratification of action taken by the Executive Committee in regular session.
The Board will then hear a presentation from the Finance and Budget Committee and take action on a Memorandum of Understanding between the University of the Virgin Islands and St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College.
The Planning Committee will then present UVI’s key performance indicators as linked to the University’s Strategic Plan, Greatness through Innovation.
The Board will then go into executive session and will report any actions taken in the executive session before being adjourned.
