The Office of Business and Fiscal Affairs exists to facilitate an environment that enhances student learning, faculty teaching, and provides operational support to staff and administrators. This unit is responsible for the preparation of the annual financial statements, facilitating the annual audit, execution of procurement functions, validating student registration, as well as the management and operation of the Bookstores on both campuses.
We strive to gain efficiencies in our processes that both enhance the student experience and serve to reduce costs and improve the process flow of business and fiscal operations.
The unit also establishes financial policies and procedures affecting short and long range financial plans, projects, and strategic objectives which include the following operational areas:
